Janatha nidhi Deposit

Any member may deposit amount on Janatha nidhi Deposit account in the society with a starting of minimum Rs.10/- and further he may deposit any amount in the account through the authorised pigmy deposit collector. The application in the prescribed form shall be given to open such an account in the society. The authorised Janatha Nidhi Deposit collector who has been appointed by the society shall make daily collections of deposit amount from such depositors and shall issue the receipt duly signed by him. The Janatha Nidhi Deposit collector (pigmy ollector) every day in the morning  shall remit the amount to the society collected during the previous day and shall make entries in the daily collection register and the ledger account in the society. The Janatha Nidhi Deposit shall be refunded only after six months. The prematured refund may be made after deduction of commission fixed by the Board from time to time.
